Work experience I had was when I was working in
one of the sporting event and one of the famous brands in the world. I worked
as a sales promotion girl. I work here to serve consumers in order to enable
consumers to shop, I assist consumers in choosing the size, and I was
definitely sell products there. here there are a lot of products ranging from
clothes, shoes, pants, ball, drinking, and accessories..
I work in a place surrounded by many people,
from children to the elderly. Starting from sellers like me, the buyer, to the
existing committees. The place was always crowded people, when the event
unopened consumers had already started queuing so that the goods they are
looking for is not exhausted.
Context of the job that I had when it was only
temporary because when the event runs mean my job was too exhausted. The
physical condition when I work there is about selling existing products. Work
schedule there was quite regularly, I have to get there at 9 am and I go home
at 11 pm and it happens in five days, starting from Wednesday until Sunday.
Even there, I have quite a lot of friends, and the average is a student.
Hygiene factor is very important for me and
also the consumers. but it can not be denied that there is dust everywhere
because the boxes were stored in warehouse. but only cardboard course, the
contents of the cardboard such as shoes, clothes, and accessories maintained
cleanliness. Food was undoubtedly cleanliness because here there is a special
dining room for the work.
Two Factor Theory (also known as the theory of
Herzberg motivation and motivator-hygiene theory). This theory was developed by
Frederick Irving Herzberg (1923-2000), a psychologist from the United States.
He is regarded as one of the great minds in the field of management and motivation
theory. Frederick Herzberg states that there are certain factors in the
workplace that lead to job satisfaction, while in other parts there are also
other factors that cause dissatisfaction. In other words, satisfaction and job
dissatisfaction related to each other. Certain factors in the workplace by
Frederick Herzberg identified as hygiene factors (health factors) and
motivation factors (factors satiation).
